Personal data protection policy

I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data within the scope of the personal data provided (hereinafter referred to as “data”) as set out below and its inclusion in the database of Société s.r.o., Pod Labutkou 1421/32, 18000 Prague 8, ID No.: 27081613, registration in the Commercial Register, sp.zn.: C 94857, kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”), as the controller, and with their possible processing by the processor for the purpose of my registration as a customer of the Seller when ordering goods of the Seller through a user account.

Personal data processed: company ID and VAT number, contact name, email, telephone, delivery address, company name and registered office.  

Personal data is obtained by filling in a form on the Seller’s website when registering a user account.

I give this consent as a fully legal person or a legal entity, or a natural person running a business. 

I voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data for this purpose for a period of time until my consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 5 years. 

The Seller will not provide or in any way disclose the personal data obtained on the basis of this consent to a third party without my consent. Personal data will be processed automatically and in electronic form. I acknowledge that the Seller is the data controller within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.

Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time free of charge via the Seller’s website, by sending the revocation of consent to the Seller’s e-mail address, e-mail: eshop @ firemni-reklama.cz, or by sending it to the Seller’s address: Société s.r.o., Pod Labutkou 1421/32, 18000 Praha 8. I acknowledge that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on this consent. 

I acknowledge that I have the right to: 

to request information about the processing of my personal data and the Seller is obliged to provide it to me. The Seller has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the provision of the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information;
request an explanation from the Seller or request that the Seller remedy the situation (blocking, correction, completion or destruction of personal data) if I find or believe that the Seller is processing my personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of my private and personal life or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing;
to address my legitimate requests to the Seller and, if the Seller does not comply, to the Data Protection Authority, which I can also contact directly;
ask the Seller to update my personal data;
to be forgotten after consent has been withdrawn, as well as the right to restriction, rectification and access;
to ask the Seller to delete or pseudonymise my personal data.
